Project 1 : Backyard Oasis
This client’s newly built home focuses on creating a spacious, functional backyard that combines relaxation, dining, and greenery. Below, a ground-level patio provides ample seating for gatherings, surrounded by thoughtfully placed planting areas. The design incorporates a mix of evergreens for year-round color and structure, along with perennials that bring seasonal variety. Project 2 : Modern Escape
This design for a single-family home's compact backyard maximizes a small square footage by replacing the existing deck with a two-level structure that blends functionality with style. The second level is designed to fit a hot tub, along with a small walking space for easy access and relaxation. The first level is dedicated to a raised bed for perennials, built directly into the deck to optimize space while providing a beautiful garden feature. The layout also incorporates stairs connecting both levels, allowing seamless flow between the hot tub area and the lush plantings below. This design ensures the small backyard becomes a peaceful, multi-functional outdoor retreat.
